Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk lamb sausage
- 2 cups bisquick
- 1 cup raisins, chopped
- 1 cup grated unpeeled apple
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2-3/4 teaspoon apple pie spice
Recipe
- 1 in a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients; stir to mix well.
- 2 shape into 1-inch balls.
- 3 place balls on an ungreased baking sheet.
- 4 bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
