Sausage, Potato And Onion Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 2 large sweet onions, sliced
  • 3 -4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 lb bulk sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 place onions in a greased casserole dish, season with salt and pepper.
  • 2 layer the potatoes next, followed by the cheese.
  • 3 top with the cooked, crumbled sausage.
  • 4 mix the soup with the water and pour over all.
  • 5 cover and bake at 375 degrees for about an hour, or until the potatoes are done.
