Sausage-stuffed Jalapenos

Ingredients
- 1 lb bulk lamb sausage
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 22 large jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
- ranch dressing, optional
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
- 2 combine the cream cheese and parmesan cheese, then fold into the sausage.
- 3 spoon about 1 tablespoonful into each jalapeno half; place in two 9x13x2 inch baking dishes and bake, uncovered, at 425° for about 15-20 minutes, or till filling is lightly browned and bubbly.
- 4 serve with ranch dressing if desired.
