Orange Teriyaki Lamb

Total Time: 4 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 4 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lamb, cubed
  • 16 ounces frozen bell peppers, blend or 1 lb fresh bell pepper, cut in strips
  • 4 ounces water chestnuts, sliced
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
  • 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe

  • 1 brown lamb in a skillet.
  • 2 combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and blend well.
  • 3 cover and cook 3-4 hours on high or 7 hours on low.
  • 4 serve with rice.
