Orange Teriyaki Lamb

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb lamb, cubed
- 16 ounces frozen bell peppers, blend or 1 lb fresh bell pepper, cut in strips
- 4 ounces water chestnuts, sliced
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
- 4 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb in a skillet.
- 2 combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and blend well.
- 3 cover and cook 3-4 hours on high or 7 hours on low.
- 4 serve with rice.
