Quiche Lorraine

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups light cream
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 medium onion, quartered
  • 1 1/2 cups swiss cheese, cubed
  • 3/4 lb bacon, crispy fried and crumbled
  • 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shells

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f put eggs, cream flour, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, into a blender container. cover and pulse until well blended. stop blender and add onion and cheese. cover and pulse 2-3 times. sprinkle bacon over bottom of pie shell and pour egg mixtue into shell. bake for 35-45 minutes, or until a knife inserted in center comes.
