- 1 -2 lb boneless lamb roast
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
Recipe
- 1 mix together the garlic salt and black pepper.
- 2 rub on lamb roast.
- 3 roast in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes per pound.
- 4 baste with a mixture of honey, horseradish and ginger.
