Roasted Lamb Tenderloin With Garlic

Total Time: 2 hrs Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs lamb loin
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 heat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 melt butter in roasting pan and sauté onion.
  • 3 combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
  • 4 rub over loin.
  • 5 place loin on onions in roasting pan.
  • 6 roast until center reaches 160°f.
  • 7 serve.
