Sausage-brown Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 lb sausage
- 2 cups cooked brown rice
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 1/8 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded american cheese
Recipe
- 1 cook& stir sausage in dutch oven until brown; drain.
- 2 stir in rice, milk, celery, green pepper, onion, soup and mushrooms.
- 3 pour into ungreased 2 quart casserole and sprinkle with cheese.
- 4 cook uncovered in 350°f oven until center is bubbly, about 45 minutes.
