Sausages With Hot Dip Sauce

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage (schneider's mini-sizzlers)
  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 2 teaspoons beef base, mix
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons basil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cook sausages as directed on package; drain well on paper towels.
  • 2 cut sausages into chunks.
  • 3 combine sauce ingredients.
  • 4 simmer sauce for 20 minutes.
  • 5 warm the sausage chunks.
  • 6 stick with toothpicks.
  • 7 serve sausage chunks with sauce.
