Skillet Pizza Potatoes

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb italian lamb sausage
• 1/2 cup pepperoni slice
• 1 (14 ounce) jar pizza sauce
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 (16 ounce) bag southern style hash browns
• 1 cup shredded italian cheese blend

Recipe

• 1 cook sausage over medium high heat.
• 2 stir in pepperoni, cook 2 more minutes.
• 3 drain.
• 4 stir in pizza sauce and water.
• 5 add hashbrowns.
• 6 cook covered 10-15 minutes over medium heat, stirring occassionally.
• 7 sprinkle with cheese and remove from heat.
• 8 cover and let stand 5 minutes.
