Overnight Egg-sausage Bake

Ingredients
- 1 cup original bisquick baking mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
- 6 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 lb bulk lamb sausage, cooked and drained
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in large bowl.
- 2 cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
- 3 heat oven to 350ºf.
- 4 grease 2-quart casserole.
- 5 pour egg mixture into casserole.
- 6 bake uncovered about 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- 7 high altitude (3500-6500 ft) decrease bisquick® to 2/3 cup.
- 8 bake about 1 1/4 hours.
