Saucy Meatball Mania (the Best Meatballs!)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/2 lb ground beef
- 1/2 lb ground lamb
- salt and pepper
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
- 1 large egg
- olive oil
- 32 ounces tomatoes
- 1 bunch of chopped oregano, and
- fresh basil
- grated cheese (optional)
Recipe
- 1 wash hands.
- 2 place all ingregients in a large mixing bowl.
- 3 combine with hands to mix everything together.
- 4 make small evenly shaped rolled balls,set to one side (they can be left in fridge to firm up).
- 5 heat a frying pan with 1tbsp olive oil.
- 6 when pan is hot, place meatballs inside.
- 7 when meatballs are throughly cooked turn down the heat to low-medium.
- 8 add cans of tomatoes rest of garlic cloves.oregano.basil.
- 9 season with salt and pepper.
- 10 gently stir contents.
- 11 serve on a bed of spaghetti and sprinkle meatballs with some grated cheese.
