Sausage And Noodle Casserole

Ingredients

- 1 lb bulk lamb sausage
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked and drained
- salt
- pepper
- 1/2 cup canned french fried onion rings, crushed
Recipe
- 1 crumble sausage in a large skillet; add in onion and green pepper.
- 2 cook over medium heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain well.
- 3 combine soup and water; add meat mixture, noodles, salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
- 4 spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
- 5 sprinkle with onion rings; bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
