Sausage And Noodle Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 15 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb bulk lamb sausage
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 1/3 cups water
  • 1 (8 ounce) package egg noodles, cooked and drained
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 cup canned french fried onion rings, crushed

Recipe

  • 1 crumble sausage in a large skillet; add in onion and green pepper.
  • 2 cook over medium heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender; drain well.
  • 3 combine soup and water; add meat mixture, noodles, salt and pepper to taste; mix well.
  • 4 spoon mixture into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
  • 5 sprinkle with onion rings; bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
