Sausage And Rice Pilaf

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 lb hot lamb sausage
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup finely chopped celery
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup raw rice, cooked separately

Recipe

  • 1 cook rice separately.
  • 2 cook sausage over low heat in a large skillet; drain.
  • 3 to the same skillet, add onions, green bell peppers, and celery.
  • 4 cook for 5 minutes.
  • 5 stir in soup and cooked rice.
  • 6 pour into a greased casserole dish.
  • 7 cover and bake at 250°f for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
