Ingredients

- 1 lb hot lamb sausage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup finely chopped celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup raw rice, cooked separately
Recipe
- 1 cook rice separately.
- 2 cook sausage over low heat in a large skillet; drain.
- 3 to the same skillet, add onions, green bell peppers, and celery.
- 4 cook for 5 minutes.
- 5 stir in soup and cooked rice.
- 6 pour into a greased casserole dish.
- 7 cover and bake at 250°f for about 30 minutes or until heated through.
