Sausage Casserole (oamc)

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 sausages
- 1 yellow pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 4 red onions, peeled and cut into wedges
- 14 ounces chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- basil, to garnish
Recipe
- 1 heat the oven to 425°f.
- 2 put the sausages, pepper and onion into a roasting tin and roast for 20 minutes.
- 3 lower the oven temp to 400f then tip the tomatoes and broth over the sausages. add the sugar, season and stir well.
- 4 roast for a further 20 minutes.
- 5 serve with garlic bread.
