Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 2 cups milk
- 7 hard-boiled eggs (5 diced, 2 sliced)
- 1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
- 14 1/2 ounces corn, drained
- 4 slices bread, crumbled into pieces
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients for sauce in casserole dish.
- 2 heat in microwave for 3 minutes at a time, stirring inbetween, until gravy consistency.
- 3 stir in corn, eggs, and sausage.
- 4 top with bread pieces.
- 5 slice 2 hard boiled eggs and arrange on top of bread crumbs.
- 6 bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
