Sausage Egg Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash black pepper
  • 2 cups milk
  • 7 hard-boiled eggs (5 diced, 2 sliced)
  • 1 lb sausage, cooked and drained
  • 14 1/2 ounces corn, drained
  • 4 slices bread, crumbled into pieces

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients for sauce in casserole dish.
  • 2 heat in microwave for 3 minutes at a time, stirring inbetween, until gravy consistency.
  • 3 stir in corn, eggs, and sausage.
  • 4 top with bread pieces.
  • 5 slice 2 hard boiled eggs and arrange on top of bread crumbs.
  • 6 bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
