Ingredients

- 4 -5 lbs lamb roast (shoulder)
- 2 cups apple cider
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 teaspoons salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a slow cooker & cook on low/medium until meat falls apart (approximately 6-8 hours). ready to serve*.
- 2 *i refrigerate the lamb to skim the fat before re-heating & serving.
