Slow Cooked Lamb

Total Time: 6 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 6 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 -5 lbs lamb roast (shoulder)
  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a slow cooker & cook on low/medium until meat falls apart (approximately 6-8 hours). ready to serve*.
  • 2 *i refrigerate the lamb to skim the fat before re-heating & serving.
