Oven-fried Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 cup corn bread stuffing mix
  • 4 lamb loin chops
  • applesauce (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 place butter in a 13x9 pan; heat in a 425 oven about 3 minutes or until butter melts.
  • 2 in a shallow dish, beat egg with a fork; stir in milk.
  • 3 place dry stuffing mix in another shallow dish.
  • 4 dip lamb chops into egg mixture. coat both sides with stuffing mix.
  • 5 place chops in the baking pan with the butter. bake for 20-25 min or until tender (160 degrees) and juices run clear, turning once.
  • 6 serve with applesauce.
