Slow Cooker Autumn Spiced Lamb

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 3 lbs boneless lamb loin
- 6 whole cloves
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon gravy master
Recipe
- 1 stud the lamb loin with the cloves, and place in bottom of crock pot.
- 2 sprinkle paprika and nutmeg over lamb.
- 3 mix ketchup, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, and gravy master in separate bowl and pour over lamb.
- 4 cover and cook for 10 hours.
- 5 remove port from crock pot, and remove cloves
- 6 slice lamb and spoon the juices from the crock pot over the lamb.
