Slow Cooker Autumn Spiced Lamb

Total Time: 10 hrs 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3 lbs boneless lamb loin
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tablespoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon gravy master

Recipe

  • 1 stud the lamb loin with the cloves, and place in bottom of crock pot.
  • 2 sprinkle paprika and nutmeg over lamb.
  • 3 mix ketchup, orange juice, lemon juice, honey, soy sauce, and gravy master in separate bowl and pour over lamb.
  • 4 cover and cook for 10 hours.
  • 5 remove port from crock pot, and remove cloves
  • 6 slice lamb and spoon the juices from the crock pot over the lamb.
