Raspberry Glazed Lamb Chops (oamm)

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 (4 ounce) boneless lamb loin chops
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons mustard, any variety

Recipe

  • 1 mix vinegar, jam and mustard. if freezing, proceed to freezing directions.
  • 2 if serving immediately, brown lamb chops on both sides in a large skillet.
  • 3 pour in jam mixture. cover and simmer 10 minutes.
  • 4 remove lamb chops, bring sauce to a boil and reduce by half, serving with lamb chops.
