Red Chile-glazed Bacon

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 12 slices thick-cut apple-smoked bacon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • kosher salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoon crushed dried red chilies or 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
  • 2 lay bacon on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
  • 3 sprinkle with brown sugar, salt, pepper and crushed red chiles.
  • 4 bake for 20 minutes.
  • 5 drain and serve.
