- 12 slices thick-cut apple-smoked bacon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- kosher salt, to taste
- 1 tablespoon crushed dried red chilies or 1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 lay bacon on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet.
- 3 sprinkle with brown sugar, salt, pepper and crushed red chiles.
- 4 bake for 20 minutes.
- 5 drain and serve.
