Saucy Maple Lamb Chops

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 lb boneless lamb chop, 3/4 inch thick
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Recipe

  • 1 brown the lamb chops in a skillet in oil.
  • 2 place chops in a single layer in a lightly greased baking pan. sprinkle the onion and garlic on top.
  • 3 combine all sauce ingredients and pour over chops.
  • 4 cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
