Saucy Maple Lamb Chops

Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless lamb chop, 3/4 inch thick
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown the lamb chops in a skillet in oil.
- 2 place chops in a single layer in a lightly greased baking pan. sprinkle the onion and garlic on top.
- 3 combine all sauce ingredients and pour over chops.
- 4 cover and bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
