Sausage And Sauerkraut Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 lb polish sausage (or use smoked sausage)
  • 6 cups sauerkraut

Recipe

  • 1 slice sausage into 1/4-inch slices and fry, no oil added, in a non-stick saucepan or skillet at medium-high heat until browned.
