Sausage Balls

Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage (sage or hot is best)
- 2 cups bisquick
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 mix all into a bowl until the flour and cheese is incorporated together.
- 2 roll into little balls about the size of a golf ball.
- 3 put on ungreased baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- 4 watch them -- if the bottoms are getting too brown turn them over until all is brown.
- 5 serve with hot mustard or honey mustard.
