Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs bulk sausage
- 4 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sage (if italian sausage is used instead breakfast sausage, omit the sage)
- 3/4 cup pancake mix
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 375.
- 2 mix all ingredients until well blended.
- 3 roll in 1 inch balls and place on baking sheet.
- 4 bake 18-20 minutes until nicely browned.
