Sausage Egg Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 6 slices bread (crusty french or italian)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 grease 13x9 inches pan.
  • 2 brown and drain sausage.
  • 3 beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.
  • 4 add bread broken into small pieces. stir until soft.
  • 5 add sausage and cheese, stir.
  • 6 fill greased pan with ingredients.
  • 7 can refrigerate at this point overnight if needed.
  • 8 bake at 350 for 40-45 minute.
