Sausage Egg Casserole

Ingredients

- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 slices bread (crusty french or italian)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Recipe
- 1 grease 13x9 inches pan.
- 2 brown and drain sausage.
- 3 beat eggs, milk, salt, and mustard.
- 4 add bread broken into small pieces. stir until soft.
- 5 add sausage and cheese, stir.
- 6 fill greased pan with ingredients.
- 7 can refrigerate at this point overnight if needed.
- 8 bake at 350 for 40-45 minute.
