Sausage Roll

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 16
  • 2 (1 lb) loaves frozen bread dough
  • 1 lb loose italian sausage, cooked and drained
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese

Recipe

  • 1 roll bread dough out into a rectangular shape.
  • 2 spread cooked and drained sausage onto each roll.
  • 3 layer mozzarella and parmesan over the sausage.
  • 4 beat eggs and pour over the cheeses.
  • 5 roll dough loaves up like jelly rolls and seal edges with water.
  • 6 let rise for 30 minutes on a cookie sheet.
  • 7 bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
