Sausage With Pepper And Onions

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 medium yellow onions
  • 2 bell peppers (1 green, 1 red recommended)
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 16 ounces sausage

Recipe

  • 1 chop onions, peppers and garlic, set aside.
  • 2 over very low heat, melt butter in a large saucepan. add onions, peppers and garlic.
  • 3 cut sausage into 4-5 inch pieces, and arrange on top of onions and peppers.
  • 4 cover with a lid, and let simmer for approximately 45 minutes, or until peppers are limp.
  • 5 serve immediately and enjoy!
