Sausage With Pepper And Onions

Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 medium yellow onions
- 2 bell peppers (1 green, 1 red recommended)
- 4 garlic cloves
- 16 ounces sausage
Recipe
- 1 chop onions, peppers and garlic, set aside.
- 2 over very low heat, melt butter in a large saucepan. add onions, peppers and garlic.
- 3 cut sausage into 4-5 inch pieces, and arrange on top of onions and peppers.
- 4 cover with a lid, and let simmer for approximately 45 minutes, or until peppers are limp.
- 5 serve immediately and enjoy!
