Skillet Lamb Chops With Currant Jelly

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1/2 cup red currant jelly (or black currant jelly)
  • 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 heat skillet to medium-high heat and put salt and pepper in the pan and add the chops and brown both sides; about one minute per side.
  • 2 mix the jelly and the mustard and put a dollop of this blend onto the chops.
  • 3 cover pan and reduce heat to low.
  • 4 cook about 20 minutes or until lamb is cooked through. use the pan juice as gravy.
  • 5 serve with applesauce.
