Skillet Lamb Chops

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 lamb chops
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons grape jelly
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 4 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons cold water

Recipe

  • 1 brown lamb chops over medium heat. drain oil.
  • 2 add onion; cook until tender.
  • 3 pour broth around chops and bring to a boil.
  • 4 reduce heat; cover and simmer 12-16 minutes or until the meat is tender.
  • 5 remove lamb chops and keep warm.
  • 6 stir jelly and ginger into broth.
  • 7 combine cornstarch and cold water until smooth; add to broth.
  • 8 bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
  • 9 serve over lamb chops and rice.
