Sausage Peach Balls

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb lamb sausage
- 2 tablespoons minced onions
- 2 cups ground croutons
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 (29 ounce) can canned peach halves
Recipe
- 1 combine sausage, onion, crouton crumbs, salt and egg.
- 2 form into 8 balls.
- 3 arrange peach halves, cut side up in shallow baking dish. sprinkle with cloves. place sausage ball in each.
- 4 bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
- 5 bate with pan juices while baking.
- 6 drain off fat.
