Sausage Peach Balls

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb lamb sausage
  • 2 tablespoons minced onions
  • 2 cups ground croutons
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 (29 ounce) can canned peach halves

Recipe

  • 1 combine sausage, onion, crouton crumbs, salt and egg.
  • 2 form into 8 balls.
  • 3 arrange peach halves, cut side up in shallow baking dish. sprinkle with cloves. place sausage ball in each.
  • 4 bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
  • 5 bate with pan juices while baking.
  • 6 drain off fat.
