Sausage Velveeta Slow Cooker Dip

Total Time: 2 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 lb hot sausage
  • 2 lbs velveeta cheese (can use reduced fat as well)
  • 10 ounces rotel (hot, mild, doesn't matter!)
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup

Recipe

  • 1 brown sausage and drain.
  • 2 cube velveeta.
  • 3 add all ingredients to slow cooker.
  • 4 cook on low for 1-2 hours, stirring occasionally until melted and blended well.
  • 5 if you have a "keep warm" setting on your slow cooker, then set to this temp until ready to serve.
  • 6 serve with tortilla chips.
