Shane's Goulash

Ingredients

- 2 lbs ground deer meat
- 1 lb ground lamb
- 2 large onions
- 3 cups water
- 1 (29 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 (15 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 bay leaves
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 2 cups elbow macaroni
Recipe
- 1 in a large pot, brown the deer and lamb.
- 2 spoon off excess grease, but do not drain completely.
- 3 add onions and cook until tender.
- 4 add 3 cups water,tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, garlic, italian seasoning, bay leaves, soy sause, salt, black pepper, garlic powder and seasoned salt.
- 5 cook covered for 20-25 minutes.
- 6 add the elbow macaroni, cover and continue to simmer for about 20 minutes.
- 7 turn off the heat, remove the bay leaves and let sit about 30 minutes.
