Lamb, Black Bean, And Rice Bake With Salsa Verde

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups instant brown rice, cooked (i used success boil-in-bag brown rice)
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 2 cups cooked lamb, shredded (i used one package of hormel fully cooked lamb roast with au jus sauce)
  • 1/3 cup salsa verde (see my recipe of excellent salsa verde 321328)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 in an 8x8 dish, layer rice, beans, pulled lamb, and salsa respectively.
  • 3 cover dish with aluminum foil.
  • 4 bake for 20 minutes or until warm.
  • 5 enjoy!
