Lamb, Black Bean, And Rice Bake With Salsa Verde

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups instant brown rice, cooked (i used success boil-in-bag brown rice)
- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
- 2 cups cooked lamb, shredded (i used one package of hormel fully cooked lamb roast with au jus sauce)
- 1/3 cup salsa verde (see my recipe of excellent salsa verde 321328)
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 in an 8x8 dish, layer rice, beans, pulled lamb, and salsa respectively.
- 3 cover dish with aluminum foil.
- 4 bake for 20 minutes or until warm.
- 5 enjoy!
