Ingredients

- 5 lbs lamb shoulder
- 5 onions, caramelized
- 5 tart apples, cored and sliced
- 5 teaspoons chicken bouillon
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1/2 cup thyme, roughly chopped
- 2 1/2 cups cream
Recipe
- 1 cut lamb into two-inch chunks and salt generously.
- 2 combine all ingredients except lamb and cream; stir to mix thoroughly.
- 3 stir in lamb.
- 4 divide into five freezer packs and freeze. thaw before cooking.
- 5 pressure cooker directions: bring cooker up to pressure and set for 45 minutes. stir in 1/2 cup cream.
- 6 slow cooker directions: cook 8-10 hours on low, then stir in 1/2 cup cream.
- 7 stovetop directions: cook in dutch oven 2-3 hours, then stir in 1/2 cup cream.
