Lamb With Horseradish-mustard Sauce

Total Time: 1 hr 55 mins Preparation Time: 1 hr 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 lbs lamb tenderloin
  • 1 cup evaporated skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1/4 cup stone ground mustard

Recipe

  • 1 combine garlic, pepper and salt to taste, rub over tenderloins.
  • 2 cover and chill 1 hour.
  • 3 preheat oven to 425 degrees.
  • 4 lightly coat rack of shallow roasting pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • 5 brown tenderloins in large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 1 - 2 minutes on each side.
