Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 4 1/2 lbs boneless lamb butt or 4 1/2 lbs lamb shoulder, trimmed
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup fennel seed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh coarse ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 8 -10 chopped garlic cloves
- worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 place lamb in slow cooker.
- 2 i use a 6 quart for this.
- 3 mix remaining ingredients in a small bowl.
- 4 stab lamb all over with a fork or knife.
- 5 then rub seasonings all over the lamb.
- 6 turn slow cooker on low and cook for 8-10 hours.
