Ingredients

- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups water
- 2 cups coarsely chopped kale
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 lb potato, diced
- 1/2 lb italian sausage, cooked and drained
Recipe
- 1 bring everything but the potatoes and sausage to a boil.
- 2 turn down and simmer about 8 minutes.
- 3 add potatoes and sausage to simmering kale broth and cook until potatoes are tender.
- 4 serve and enjoy.
