Lamb With Mustard

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 -8 boneless lamb chops
  • 2 tablespoons mustard (dijon or regular)
  • 2 tablespoons vermouth or 2 tablespoons wine
  • 2 tablespoons crushed garlic or 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Recipe

  • 1 grease baking dish.
  • 2 line with lamb chops.
  • 3 make paste in small bowl with remaining ingredients.
  • 4 mix.
  • 5 add more liquid or flour to desired consistency.
  • 6 spread paste on top of lamb chops.
  • 7 cover completely with paste.
  • 8 bake, uncovered, 45 minutes at 350°f.
  • 9 check after 35 minutes, ovens may differ.
