Lamb With Rice

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 35 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs lamb loin roast, sliced in 1 inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can milk
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
  • season salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 sprinkle lamb with season salt and pepper.
  • 2 brown in skillet with oil.
  • 3 place in 9 x 13 pan.
  • 4 place sliced onion on top of lamb.
  • 5 in a bowl mix soup, milk, and rice.
  • 6 spread over top of lamb and onions.
  • 7 cover and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
