Lamb With Rice

Ingredients

- 2 lbs lamb loin roast, sliced in 1 inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 cans condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can milk
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 medium yellow onion, sliced
- season salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 sprinkle lamb with season salt and pepper.
- 2 brown in skillet with oil.
- 3 place in 9 x 13 pan.
- 4 place sliced onion on top of lamb.
- 5 in a bowl mix soup, milk, and rice.
- 6 spread over top of lamb and onions.
- 7 cover and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
