Sausage Pepper Muffins (oamc)

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 cups bisquick
  • 3 cups cornmeal
  • 8 eggs
  • 4 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 lbs sausage links, crumbled and cooked
  • 5 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 large green pepper, chopped
  • 1 small red pepper, chopped
  • 2 -3 onions, chopped
  • 4 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons oregano

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375°f.
  • 2 combine bisquick, cornmeal, eggs and milk.
  • 3 add sausage and milk, mix well.
  • 4 add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • 5 grease muffin pans with cooking spray.
  • 6 do not use liners as the muffins will stick.
  • 7 fill muffin cups almost to the top.
  • 8 bake regular sized muffins for 15-18 mins.
  • 9 bake mini muffins 9-12 minutes.
