Lamb Chops With Apples & Stuffing

• 6 boneless lamb chops
• 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
• 1 (6 ounce) package lamb stuffing mix
• 1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling, with cinnamon

Recipe

• 1 brown lamb chops in oil over medium-high heat.
• 2 prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; set aside.
• 3 spread pie filling in the bottom of a greased 13â€?x9â€? baking pan; place lamb chops on top.
• 4 spoon stuffing mix over top; cover.
• 5 bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes.
