Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb sausage
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 (8 ounce) package dates, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 stir well and shape into 1-inch balls. place on lightly greased baking sheets. bake at 350°f for 20 minutes or until browned.
- 3 serve warm or at room temperature. yield: 4 1/2 dozen.
