Lamb Chops With Peppers And Corn

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops (1-inch thick)
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 (17 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1/4 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar

Recipe

  • 1 heat large skillet (cast iron is best) over high heat for 1 1/2 minutes.
  • 2 add lamb chops to skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 arrange in a single layer in a baking pan.
