Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons yellow cornmeal
- 2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground sage
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Recipe
- 1 shake all ingredients in a plastic bag.
- 2 store in an airtight container.
- 3 to use,dip each lamb chop in 1/4 cup milk,then in coating mix.
- 4 this makes enough for 4 lamb chops.
