Ingredients

- 2 lamb chops
- 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon caraway seed, crushed
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon dill weed, crushed
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1/3 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 brown lamb chops on both sides; drain oil.
- 2 add onion, water, caraway seed, paprika, salt, dillweed and garlic powder.
- 3 cover, reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, adding more water if necessary.
- 4 remove lamb chops from skillet; keep warm.
- 5 stir sour cream into skillet, mixing with pan juices to make a sauce. pour over chops and serve.
