Slow-cooker Black Bean Chili

Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb tenderloin, chopped into bite-sized chunks
- 16 ounces thick chunky salsa
- 3 (15 ounce) cans beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 medium pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 -1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 1) combine all ingredients except sour cream in slow cooker.
- 2 2) cover. cook on low 6-8 hours, or until lamb is tender.
- 3 3) garnish individual servings with sour cream.
