Lamb Chops With Tangy Onion Sauce

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 salt and pepper lamb chops. place in skillet with vegetable oil. fry on low heat until done. remove chops.
  • 2 place onions in skillet and saute. pour off any excess oil.
  • 3 place chops back in skillet and add remaining ingredients. cover with lid and cook on low heat for approximately 15 minutes.
  • 4 serve lamb chops with sauce on top.
  • 5 enjoy!
