Orange Mustard Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (1 lb) lamb tenderloin
  • salt
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard

Recipe

  • 1 prepare a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 2 season the tenderloins with salt.
  • 3 place the tenderloins in the prepared dish.
  • 4 in a small bowl, add the marmalade and mustard; stir to combine.
  • 5 brush mixture over the tenderloins.
  • 6 bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until no longer pink; baste occasionally with pan juices.
  • 7 slice and serve.
