Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 1 lb lamb sausage (bulk or roll)
- 8 ounces phyllo dough
- 3 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 divide sausage into 6 portions. roll each into a link looking stick.
- 3 cut filo into 3 parts then allow to thaw before unwrapping.
- 4 cook the sausage in a skillet until brown and cooked throughly.
- 5 take half the filo from one portion and wrap around sausage. repeat for each stick.
- 6 melt butter in microwave safe bowl or skillet.
- 7 dip each stick and roll around to absorb the butter then place in cake pan or cookie sheet.
- 8 bake 25 minutes.
- 9 serve with syrup or applesauce.
